Jio has launched a double data offer in association with Samsung company for its new band of mobiles Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+. This move is going to help both companies mutually. In this offer, a Jio user with a Samsung Galaxy S8 or S8+ will be entitled for certain additional benefits for a certain offer period as detailed below.
Before we begin, just to give readers a glimpse of new handsets from Samsung, we have provided below links to few best reviews of these phones.
In our previous post " Jio - LG G6 Celebratory offer", we explained a similarly planned offer which was launched by Jio in association with LG company for its new handset LG G6.

This offer is effective from 1st May 2017 and valid up to 31st December 2017. In this offer, any jio user (existing or new) with a Samsung Galaxy S8 or S8+ phone can get a free additional double data for every recharge done with Rs 309 plan or above.
For example, between the offer period ( 01-05-2017 to 31-12-2017), if you recharge a Rs 309 offer with your Jio SIM in the Samsung Galaxy S8 or S8+ device, you will get double the data volume of original offer. For 309 recharge, you will get 28 GB + 28 GB extra.
However, this offer too comes with following limitations:
- Offer applicable only for handsets purchased in India.
- Offer of one handset is fixed to one Jio SIM. You can't avail the benefit if SIM is used with other S8 or S8+ handsets. Because, the IMEI number of each device will be synchronized with the Jio SIM number.
- The double data offer benefits can be availed only for 8 continuous recharges within the offer period.
- The additional extra benefit will be added to the offer account within 48 hours of original recharge.
- The extra data benefit will expire along with the expiry of original recharge plan. Hence we recommend to redeem the extra benefit as soon as you get.
