How to check the recharge history in MyJio application - Updated

The MyJio application of Reliance Jio is a very useful and essential tool for every Jio user. Jio has enabled it to act like a one stop feature for various jio services updated every few minutes. Many users does not explore the full potential of this application and just use the application for few commonly used features like recharging and checking balances. One of the less known feature is the option to check the last 5 recharges done for a given Jio number.

In this post, we will discuss the step by step procedure about how to keep track of your Jio recharge history by checking the last 5 recharge summary option in the MyJio application.

Step-1:

Open MyJio application and login with the credentials for which the recharge history is to be checked.

Step-2:

In the main screen, click on the 'more options' button available at the top left corner in the form of three horizontal lines as shown below.

Step-3:

In the list of options, select the third option called "Recharges".

Step-4:

Now select the option "Recharge History".

Step-5:

That's it, the new screen will show you the list of last 5 recharges done for your Jio number. It will even show you the free add-on offers activated by the company for free of charge.

If you have linked additional accounts with your Jio number in the MyJio application, you can also use this feature to check the recharge histories for all linked accounts. Just select the additional linked account and repeat the steps from 2 to 5.
