Often we receive
various queries related to recharge queries. One of them is how to know that a
recharge was successful and is it activated or not? With so many attractive offers, Reliance Jio
has been successful to retain most of its customers in spite of turning from free
to paid services. However, Jio is still offering the lowest ARPU for every type
of recharge in the industry and other incumbent competitors are trying hard to
beat the game.
As soon as your
recharge is successful, Jio sends out a message to the recharged number and
also to the alternate number. If you have lost your alternate number registered
with Jio, you can easily get it changed. Just follow the steps mentioned in our previous post to do the same.
If, for any reason,
you fail to receive a confirmation message, you can still verify the status
through the MyJio application.
Step-1:
Open the Myjio application and log in using
your credentials for the number for which you want to check the recharge
status.
Step-2:
Here, you have two
scenarios:
Scenario1: If you have recharged for the first time or
recharged after the expiry of your previous plan, then you can right away see
the effective plan details on the main screen in the "My Account"
section as shown in below image
Scenario2: If you
have recharged in advance with an active plan running, then your new recharge
plan would have lined up in the Que. To check that, you can click on the
"View Details" tab just below the active plan details in the "My
Account" section as shown in below image.
If for some reason,
your app does not show this feature, alternatively you can reach the same page.
First click on the three horizontal lines on the left top of your screen ( as
shown in below image).
Then click on
"My Plans" tab and scroll down to see the details of upcoming plans.
If your recharge was successful, you will see the details of your recharged plan
here.
We hope this post was
of some help to the readers. Please leave a comment or contact us in case you
have any further doubt or clarifications.
