One can order for a new JioPhone2 from
www.jio.com or from Myjio application. Please note that the bookings will begin
at 12PM on 16th of August 2018.
Following is the procedure to order a new
JioPhone2 from both channels:
1) In the home page, select JioPhone2 option.
2)Enter the PINCODE to which delivery need to
be made.
3)Proceed for order checkout.
4) Here, enter the personal details like
Name, Mobile Number, Email etc
5) Now you will be shown the payment option.
Select desired payment mode to proceed.
6) Complete the payment of Rs 2999 upon which
you will receive a order confirmation both in mail and also a message
confirmation.
Each new handset will come with a new Jio SIM
inserted in the first slot of dual SIM slots, however you can use already
existing Jio SIM card if desired. Please note that Non-Jio SIM cards cannot be
used in JioPhone2 just like the case in JioPhone1.
In case, you receive a faulty or defective
unit, one can request for a free home pick up of the defective unit after
confirming all details from the JioPhone2 customer care number 1800-893-3399.
Remember that when the company representative arrives at your address to pick
up defective unit, all the accessories need to be provided to him along with
the original receipt.
Also, the company has made it clear that only
one phone can be ordered for every order request submitted.
