This post is about few tips which come in
handy while ordering a JioPhone2 during one of the flash sales. The first
JioPhone2 flash sale was conducted at 12 PM on the 16th of August 2018. If for
any reasons, you could not order a new Jiophone2 during first flash sale, do
not worry. The company has already revealed the date of its second flash sale
which is scheduled on 30th August 2018 starting from 12PM. You can order for a
new JioPhone2 from www.jio.com or from MyJio application.
Tip-1:
Login 5-10 minutes before start of launch.
Say for example, if the flash sale is going to be started from 12PM, we suggest
you to login few minutes earlier so that you do not end up with failed page
loading. Few users might have experienced this as there is a huge rush during
this time and wherever there is a weak signal, the pages might load very slowly
or sometimes fail to load because of heavy traffic at a time.
Tip-2:
Keep the PINCODE of your location ready, do
not waste time using Google o find it when required to save precious time.
Tip-3:
Make sure you keep the payment details ready.
Whatever may be the mode of payment you want to use, keep the details like
Credit card number, CVV, Expiry date etc ready. If you are using net banking,
make sure you have the mobile ready for OTP. In case, you are paying through
JioMoney, please make sure sufficient balance is available in the JioMoney
account beforehand.
Tip-4:
Keep the delivery address details ready by
entering correct details.
Tip-5:
Ensure you received a confirmation message
both to your provided mobile number and email ID.
Other Points to Note:
Each new handset will
come with a new Jio SIM inserted in the first slot of dual SIM slots, however
you can use already existing Jio SIM card if desired. Please note that Non-Jio
SIM cards cannot be used in JioPhone2 just like the case in JioPhone1.
In case, you receive a faulty or defective
unit, one can request for a free home pick up of the defective unit after
confirming all details from the JioPhone2 customer care number 1800-893-3399.
Remember that when the company representative arrives at your address to pick
up defective unit, all the accessories need to be provided to him along with
the original receipt.
