All about JioPhone Monsoon Hungama Offer

JioPhone Monsoon Hungama Offer is the recent special offer from Reliance Jio in which one can exchange an existing phone (of any brand) for a brand new JioPhone at an effective price of Rs. 501only. All one need to present is the existing phone and charger which should be undamaged (normal wear and tear are acceptable) and in working condition, to your nearest Jio Retailer and pay Rs. 501 as refundable security deposit.

Along with this , the users should also avail a special JioPhone Recharge Plan of Unlimited Voice & Data for 6 months on paying only Rs 594 at the time of activation. This means, a user is committing for at least 6 months of advance recharge to avail this offer. Each month, the user is paying Rs 99 ( For 6 months, 99 Rs X 6 = 594 Rs). Additionally the eligible users will also get a special exchange bonus of 6GB data voucher, worth Rs 101 for the first successful recharge. Which means, the user will get a total of 90 GB data over 6 months. JioPhone comes with a Jio SIM. One can also port-in the existing number via MNP process.

Any existing non-VOLTE feature phones (2G, 3G, 4G) can be exchanged under this offer, but one condition is that the phones should not be older than January 1st 2015, to avail this offer. It means, the existing phone to be exchanged should not be older than ~3.5 years old. Please note JioPhone or any CDMA or operator locked devices WILL NOT be accepted for exchange under this offer. The interested users need to carry both your phone and charger to avail the offer. There is no need to carry any bill or phone box, or any other accessory.

As part of JioPhone Monsoon Hungama Offer, you need to make an upfront payment of Rs. 501 as refundable security deposit for new JioPhone. This refundable security deposit can be claimed back after thirty six (36) months of minimum usage and before thirty nine (39) months from the date of purchase of JioPhone under the offer. Please note that the refund cannot be claimed before or after this period. Also, the JioPhone must be in working condition and damage free when presented for claiming the refundable deposit.

Following are the terms and conditions for claiming the refundable security deposit of Rs 501 in between 36 and 39 months after purchase of new JioPhone:

- The JioPhone should not be damaged (normal wear & tear excepted) and should be in working condition.

- Any and all data or other information of the user on the JioPhone is deleted and purged before returning the JioPhone;

- The Recipient removes the SIM card from the JioPhone before returning the same;

Rs 500 Cashback Offer - On Jiofi With Postpaid Connection

Reliance Jio has announced a cashback of Rs. 500 to customers purchasing a new Jiofi device and a postpaid connection.  The cashback amount of Rs. 500 will be credited into the postpaid account of eligible customers, the telecom company said in a statement. The Jiofi device, which is a Wi-Fi router device, is priced at Rs. 999. That means a cashback of Rs. 500 brings down the effective price of the device for the customer to Rs. 499. The offer is effective from 3rd July 2018 until further notice by company.

This offer is available only for those customers purchasing a new Jiofi connection along with a postpaid SIM from Reliance Jio. The customer will be required to use the Jio postpaid SIM in the Jiofi device. Eligible customers will get a Rs. 500 cashback (in form of credit) in the postpaid account, on payment of monthly bills for 12 consecutive cycles (which will be adjusted against next postpaid invoices, said Reliance Jio .

The eligible customer must purchase a new Jiofi device by paying full amount of Rs 999 now and also should avails postpaid plan 199 offered by RJIO. He/She must activate for the first time such postpaid plan offered by RJIO on the Eligible Device on or after 3rd July 2018; and should enrolled to the “Jio Prime” membership plan.

Two or more offers cannot be clubbed together. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other alternative offer or promotion of a similar nature. For avoidance of doubt, where an Eligible Device is activated/recharged under a subsisting cashback offer of RRL/RJIO, this Offer shall not apply thereto.

Under the Rs 199 plan, subscribers get free unlimited calls within the country, and international calls starting at 50 paise per minute, among other feature.

JIO DOUBLE DHAMAKA OFFER - 1.5GB ADDITIONAL DATA DAILY

Jio has announced one more lucrative offer  termed as " Jio Double Dhamaka Offer" to all its customers in which users will get 1.5GB extra data per day on selected prepaid recharge packs.

Note that this offer is valid only till 30th June 2018 ( unless company decides to extend it further), and it is said that this offer is launched to counter the recent price drops announced by the Jio rivals. This is the first time that two offers have been announced simultaneously, with the first being Jio Holiday Hungama Offer (Click Here for more details) which offered a flat discount of Rs 100 on its Rs 399 plan. The additional 1.5GB data and Jio Holiday Hungama offer clubbed together is termed as "Double Dhamaka Offer".

Under the Jio Double Dhamaka Offer, subscribers will get additional 1.5GB data per day at no extra charges on recharges purchased before June 30. This means packs with 1.5GB data per day (namely Rs. 149, Rs. 349, Rs. 399, and Rs. 449) will now get 3GB per day. Similarly, the daily data limit has been raised to 3.5GB per day for packs that offer 2GB data per day (Rs. 198, Rs. 398, Rs. 448, and Rs. 498). The Rs. 299 (3GB per day), Rs. 509 (4GB per day), and Rs. 799 (5GB per day) packs will also get the additional 1.5GB complimentary data daily, bringing their per day cap to 4.5GB, 5.5GB, and 6.5GB, respectively.

How to avail this offer?

In order to avail this offer, the user needs to recharge with any of the eligible plans as described above on or before June 30 2018. The additional data is provided in the form of voucher which needs to be redeemed for the first time to start getting additional 1.5GB on daily basis. The validities of these packs will remain the same as before, and they will continue to come bundled with post-FUP speed of 64kbps, unlimited calls, free 100 SMS messages per day, and access to Jio apps. The users can also avail Rs 50 vouchers they received while buying packs previously with this offer.
